Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Skill Track’s website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Skill Track provides digital services including AI-based quiz generation, token-based access to digital content, physical products and accessories, educational and team-based activity solutions, and an online account system. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Skill Track may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Tokens, Payments, and Billing
Tokens are digital units used to access services. Tokens have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable. Token expiry applies only if explicitly stated at purchase. Payments are processed via Shopify-approved payment providers. Prices are shown in DKK unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
For digital services delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been accessed, in accordance with applicable EU consumer rules. By purchasing tokens or digital services, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once access begins.
6. Physical Products and Returns
Physical products follow Danish consumer rules. A 14-day withdrawal right applies unless an exception applies by law. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the system, circumvent security measures, use automated systems to extract content, attempt to generate illegal or harmful content, or share account access. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials, including software, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and system architecture, are owned by Skill Track or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Skill Track is not responsible for downtime, data loss, API failures, or outages caused by third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skill Track is not liable for indirect losses, business losses, lost profits, or service interruption. If liability applies, total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months for the service giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Skill Track may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, abuse or fraud is suspected, or legal compliance requires it. Users may stop using the service and may request account deletion where available.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR. We do not sell personal data.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be handled by the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or through other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
