In accordance with Danish and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing physical products. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@skilltrack.fun within 14 days of receipt. You must clearly state your intention to withdraw. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Digital services, including tokens, AI Task generation, and other instantly delivered digital content, are non-refundable once access or delivery has begun, in accordance with EU consumer law.
By purchasing digital services, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has started.

For purchases made by businesses, schools, institutions, or public organizations, different terms may apply as agreed contractually. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business-to-business transactions.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for refund and place a new order.
