Returns & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your rights regarding cancellation, returns, and refunds when purchasing products and services from Skill Track.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made through Skill Track’s website, including physical products and digital services.

2. Right of Withdrawal – Physical Products

In accordance with Danish and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing physical products. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

4. Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@skilltrack.fun within 14 days of receipt. You must clearly state your intention to withdraw. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Non-Returnable Items – Digital Services

Digital services, including tokens, AI Task generation, and other instantly delivered digital content, are non-refundable once access or delivery has begun, in accordance with EU consumer law.

8. Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Digital Services

By purchasing digital services, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has started.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@skilltrack.fun. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Danish consumer protection law.

10. Commercial Purchases

For purchases made by businesses, schools, institutions, or public organizations, different terms may apply as agreed contractually. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business-to-business transactions.

11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for refund and place a new order.

12. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if abuse, fraud, or excessive return behavior is detected.
